About
Meet Ray Ortega
Ray Ortega Property Care is a locally operated Eugene-area property-maintenance company built around a simple philosophy.
Show up. Work hard. Solve the problem. Take care of the property.
Who Ray works with
Ray works directly with homeowners, property professionals, investors, businesses, landlords, and organizations responsible for properties throughout the Eugene, Springfield and greater Lane County area. That means a weekly mow for a family on River Road one day, and a full overgrown-lot cleanup for an out-of-state asset manager the next.
There is no call center and no layers to work through. When you call or text 541-653-3524, you are talking to the person who will be looking at your property. That is how the scope stays honest, the schedule stays realistic, and the work gets done the way it was described.
The range is intentional. Regular lawn care keeps properties looking sharp, but the jobs other companies turn down — waist-high grass, blackberry taking over a fence line, a vacant house that needs securing and documentation — are exactly the work Ray Ortega Property Care built its reputation on.
